Nothing it is perfect.

I arrived at the hotel late in the evening, and even though the reception was closed, the hosts went out of their way to make me feel welcome. They left a personal envelope with a key and welcome pages, a special and thoughtful touch. The location of the hotel was easy to find and only a short distance from the main bus station. The room I stayed in had a beautiful lake view and a terrace where I could enjoy the sunrise and sunset with a cup of coffee. The staff, especially Maria, was friendly, kind, and always ready to help. The breakfast at the stylish restaurant with lake view seats was also a highlight.

There was noise at night due to the echo in the plaza below our window, difficult for us to sleep well. the room temperature was quite hot, and even though there was a fan, it was broken.

The hotel had a great view of the lake and was conveniently located near the city center. the staff was friendly and helpful in managing our room keys. Plus, the hotel was renovated and fresh.

The breakfast served was not up to par. We had to pay extra for it, but the options were limited.
